We Want You to Love Your Purchase
At Ledjen x Kaula and Craft, we want every piece you receive to feel like the right fit. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a return under the guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Free of makeup, stains, odors, or damage
Returned with original tags attached
In the original packaging, when applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final Sale items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
